Welcome!

My name is Pamela Gonzalez-Villarreal and I am a Bilingual, Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in the San Francisco Bay Area. I decided to open Inspire Therapy and Consulting to help teens, adults and families begin their journey of healing, growing and learning.

I work with those who have been impacted by trauma, grief/loss, stressful life transitions and depression. I also work with those who are just looking for clarity and a deeper understanding of whatever issue they are experiencing. I strongly believe therapy is a collaborative effort that can open up so many doors!

My intention is to plant seeds of hope and inspire all individuals to begin their journey of self-discovery and/or healing!
